The Owyhee Watershed Council office occupies the north end of the community center. This office serves the area farmers in creating projects that improve and maintain the Owyhee River watershed.
The Owyhee Watershed Council is grateful to be able to call such a nice building in Adrian home. An agreement to assist Two Rivers Development, Inc. with starting a community park and education center helps make our current arrangement affordable.
